Delete your Blobby account
Users can request deletion of their Blobby account and associated data by emailing support. We will review and process valid deletion requests within 7 business days.

For now, the deletion request flow is handled by email.

Send your request from the email address associated with your Blobby account, or include that address in the message so we can locate the correct account.

What will be deleted
- Blobby account profile
- Chat and account-associated app data tied to that account, including chat history associated with that account
What may be retained temporarily
Some limited information may be retained for a longer period where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance. Any retained information will be kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
What to include
- The email address associated with your Blobby account
- A clear note that you want your account and associated data deleted
